Please read these terms carefully before using MetriqOS. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Organisation") and Metriq Tanzania Limited ("MetriqOS", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Tanzania and serving NGOs, development organisations, and implementing partners across the globe, governing your access to and use of the MetriqOS platform available at metriqos.net.
By registering for, accessing, or using MetriqOS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

MetriqOS is a cloud-based SaaS platform providing NGO management tools including:

To use MetriqOS, each organisation must register with:
The Oversight Contact must confirm their email within 14 days of registration. Failure to confirm will result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at support@metriqos.net.
New organisations receive a free trial period as specified at the time of registration. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the platform.
Subscription fees are as published on our pricing page. MetriqOS serves organisations across the world, and our pricing is available in both Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and US Dollars (USD). Domestic clients in Tanzania are invoiced in TZS as required by Bank of Tanzania regulations. International clients are invoiced in USD at the rates published on our pricing page. Both are binding invoice currencies for their respective client categories.
Payments are processed through approved payment methods as communicated by our billing team. We issue invoices prior to each billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe an error has occurred in billing, contact billing@metriqos.net within 14 days of the charge.
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to MetriqOS. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
We process your data solely to provide and improve the MetriqOS service. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
You agree not to use MetriqOS to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
MetriqOS and all associated technology, including but not limited to GroundTruth™, DataPulse™, StrategIQ™, DocRadar™, and Portfolio Intelligence™, are the exclusive intellectual property of Metriq Tanzania Limited.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for your organisation's internal operations during the term of your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetriqOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel your subscription by contacting support@metriqos.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
