Administrator Account
You'll be the primary administrator
Institutional Oversight
Required for account activation

This step unlocks your account - do not skip it

MetriqOS requires an institutional oversight contact for governance and accountability. Until your oversight contact confirms, your account remains in a restricted state.

  • They will receive a confirmation email immediately after you register
  • They must confirm within 14 days - or your account expires
  • Until they confirm: no projects, no team members, no data entry
  • Once confirmed: full platform access is unlocked for your entire team
  • Must be a senior leader - different from the administrator
⚠️
Without oversight confirmation, MetriqOS is not usable. You will only have administrator access to an empty, locked platform. Contact your oversight person before you register to ensure they are ready to confirm promptly.
Full name of your oversight contact (e.g., Board Chair, Director)
